England, 1875. A century after Victor Frankenstein’s failed experiment, his journals have changed hands for decades. William and Liza mention Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson – However, the film is set in 1875, 12 years before the first Holmes story was published, but this could be a reference to Holmes and Watson being real people. The mention of Frankenstein has always attracted a lot of attention and anticipation, the story spans centuries, with fans of all ages.. the last Frankenstein Angels and Demons was a hit, fans couldn’t get enough of it, it was a real act, money well spent. This 2024 Frankenstein legacy is the opposite, low budget, terrible characters, doctors, mom was nothing to write home about, but the doctor showed potential. In my opinion, the worst plot in this movie was the lady who was on her way to find and destroy the diary, she was TERRIBLE, trigger happy, the role was unnecessary, I wouldn’t let her do a village movie.
