Plot
A series adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complicated and brilliant detective Alex Cross
In episode 2, Cross tells Sampson that he smells like “mothballs and old spice.” In real life, Isaiah Mustafa was featured in the big Old Spice ads as “the man your man could smell like.” I’ve read a few of Alex Cross’s books and found them too gruesome for my taste, even though I found them well-written, with good stories and characters.
But the picture is so dark
Somehow, I found the show more palatable with equally good writing and characters.
It’s like the people responsible for the picture quality are out for lunch
I have to turn off all the lights in my room and turn the TV on bright (I have an LG OLED).
If they could fix that, it would be great
The cinematography is great in one way, but in terms of picture brightness, it’s so far behind all the other shows that it confuses me.
